In an effort to make your order experience a pleasant one, Floral Encores has prepared a brief guide for you to review. You are encouraged to read the following information. This will insure your order is delivered fresh and according to your specifications.
Our Mission is to provide only the freshest, and highest quality flowers and plants. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the freshness of your purchase, please call us at 800-547-1718 within 5 days from date of delivery.
In our desire to provide the freshest flowers available. There may be instances where substitutions are necessary. If the product you are requesting is not available, we will substitute it with a similar stem or bouquet at the same or greater value of your order, to maintain the intended presentation of your request. When placing your order please advise if this is not acceptable.
Please be advised that once your order is en route or has been delivered we will not be able to make any changes. For cancellations or changes on delivery dates or addresses, simply call our store directly at 1-800-547-1718.
No cancellations or change requests may be made via e-mail.
Floral Encores delivery area includes Naples and Bonita Springs (With the exception of area's in zip codes 34120, 34117, 34114).
A delivery fee of $10.95 will be added to each order. (Additional fees apply for outlying areas as follows:
Zip Code 34104 & 34112 $12.95, Zip Code 34113 $14.95)
To insure freshness, we contact recipients prior to delivery. You will be notified if we are unable to deliver within 24 hours after the requested delivery date.
We recommend that you select a delivery address at which the recipient will be present during daytime hours (9am – 5pm).
U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays and on most major holidays. See our business hours below.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses cannot be guaranteed. You will be notified immediately if we are unable to deliver.
Due to delivery restrictions and security requirements at many businesses, schools and hotels, Floral Encores may not be allowed to deliver your order directly to the recipient. In many cases, your order will be delivered to the reception area or concierge desk and then to the recipient. We will secure a signature and note the time of delivery, however we cannot be held responsible if the item is delayed getting to the recipient.
Verify that the recipient is a patient or staff member at the hospital and allowed to receive flowers. In order to comply with the requirements of the facility, we may be asked to leave the delivery at a reception desk or other holding area. As this may cause a delay, we cannot guarantee a specific time for delivery to the recipient.
Floral Encores florist will design a beautiful, custom arrangement appropriate for the sentiments that you wish to convey. Due to delivery requirements by funeral homes and churches, we ask that a minimum of 24 hours be given where possible. If you have any questions or can’t confirm the date and time of the service please call us at 1-800-547-1718 and we will be happy to assist you.
Due to the complexities in international orders, we request that you call our customer service at
1-800–547–1718 to place your order direct. No orders will be accepted via the Internet. Please allow 48 hours for International orders.
Due to price increases from our suppliers at major holidays, pricing shown is subject to change without prior notification. All orders received seven or more days prior to the changes will be subject to those increases. You will be then notified and given the opportunity to accept or cancel your order.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Your credit card information is always safe with us -- guaranteed. Floral Encores uses the tightest security software available, including Secure Socket Layers (SSL). All of your personal information--including your credit card number, name and address--is encrypted so that it is virtually impossible to intercept as it passes through the Internet. So relax and enjoy the shopping online.
Our shop serves the Naples & Bonita Springs area.
Our shop is open from 9 a.m. to 5p.m., Monday through Friday and from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays. During Summer months we may be closed on both Saturdays and Sundays. Floral Encores will accommodate Weddings, Office parties, Dinners and other special events after hours, by special request only.
To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 2 days prior to all major holidays.
All Internet orders are subject to a sales tax of 6%, applied to the amount of the order including delivery or wire service fees. This tax rate is based upon the rate our shop is charged, regardless of the destination of your order.
This privacy statement has been created in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to protecting customer privacy.
A Special Note About Children
We do not knowingly solicit data from children, nor do we knowingly market to children. We require that children under the age of 18 use this service only in conjunction with their parents or guardians permission.

If you open an account on our site, we need your contact information including your name, e-mail address and mailing address. We use your purchase history, contact information and other registration information to send you information and to otherwise enhance your shopping experience. When you visit our website, we also collect some basic information that does not identify individual users.
